Resources for protecting website lead pathways

The Resources library covers how LeadGuard monitors website forms, CTAs, booking links and confirmation paths, and how to diagnose lead pathways that stop performing. Every article reflects current LeadGuard behaviour and is written for owners, operators and agencies of enquiry-driven websites.

LeadGuard protects the parts of a website that turn visitors into enquiries. That includes contact and quote forms, booking pages, click-to-call and email links, and the confirmation pages or inline messages that prove a submission succeeded. When any of those quietly break, the site keeps loading and analytics keeps counting sessions, but the lead volume drops. These guides explain how those failures happen, how to check for them, and how LeadGuard adds continuous coverage.

How the library is organised

Articles fall into two broad groups. Methodology and product guides explain how LeadGuard actually works and where its evidence comes from. Diagnostic guides help owners and operators walk through a specific symptom, for example a form that used to receive enquiries but no longer does.

Every guide states what it covers, what it does not cover, and links to the relevant feature page and glossary definitions. Where a guide describes an active browser check, the accompanying safety rules are made explicit.

  • How LeadGuard monitors lead pathways without creating test leads: the cornerstone methodology page for anyone comparing pathway monitoring against manual QA or generic uptime tools.
  • Pathway Monitoring feature page: the six check families, the pathway types supported, and the safety boundaries.
  • Conversion Insights feature page: the difference between a pathway view, a pathway interaction and a confirmed conversion.

Diagnostic guides

These guides help an operator work through a specific symptom or question, from a form that used to submit to a website that is technically online but no longer producing enquiries.

  • How to know if your contact form is working: manual and monitored checks, and why a single successful test is not enough.
  • Website online but not generating leads: separate traffic, pathway, offer and demand explanations before choosing a fix.
  • Monitor website forms without fake test submissions: safe approaches, their honest limits and where LeadGuard fits.
  • How to monitor booking links on a website: internal pages, external providers, embeds, iframes and the confirmation constraints.
  • How to monitor click-to-call and email links: the specific failure modes and what any monitor can and cannot prove.
  • How to find broken website CTAs: buttons, anchors, modals and destination sanity checks.
  • Lead pathway monitoring vs conversion tracking: two disciplines, and why most teams end up running both.
