Lead pathway monitoring by industry

Enquiry-driven websites share a common failure mode: the site loads, but the pathway that generates leads has quietly broken. This hub introduces that shared problem and, over subsequent publication passes, links to industry pages with genuinely distinct examples, pathway types and failure scenarios.

Most service businesses do not need a general analytics platform to know their website is meant to produce enquiries. They need to know that the quote form still submits, the booking button still opens the calendar, and the thank-you message still appears after a genuine visitor completes a form.

The shared enquiry-protection problem

Across agencies, trades, law firms and clinics, the same pattern recurs. A plugin updates and a form silently loses its submit handler. A theme change hides a CTA on mobile. A calendar embed changes its script and stops loading on some browsers. The site keeps returning HTTP 200, uptime monitors stay green, and no one notices until a manager asks why the pipeline has slowed.

The gap is not analytics coverage. It is that generic analytics counts what happens and cannot warn about what stopped happening on the specific paths that create leads.

Industry pages

Each industry page below focuses on the pathway types, failure scenarios and objections that are genuinely distinct for that audience. They do not rewrite the same paragraph with a different noun.

  • Digital marketing agencies: protecting client landing pages, campaign forms and confirmation events while paid budget is running.
  • Home services and trades: quote forms, sticky call buttons, service-area pages and seasonal campaign routes.
  • Law firms: consultation forms across practice-area pages, without capturing what a visitor writes into the form.
  • Clinics and consultants: booking widgets, external scheduling providers and consultation routes, including the iframe limits that apply.
