Who builds LeadGuard

LeadGuard is a product and trading brand of UpWeb Pty Ltd (ABN 85 613 036 918), an Australian company. LeadGuard is not a separate legal entity. Company contact details, registered address, billing entity and other verified facts are listed in the Legal Centre.

The problem we work on

Enquiry-driven websites depend on a small number of specific paths: a contact form, a quote form, a booking link, a click-to-call button, a checkout action, and the confirmations that follow. When any of those quietly break, general web analytics keeps counting sessions and uptime monitors keep reporting the page as available. The business finds out because leads slow down, not because a system warned it.

LeadGuard is built specifically to close that gap. It discovers those pathways, monitors them across six technical check families, and records real visitor evidence around them so a quiet week can be diagnosed rather than guessed.

How we work

  • We describe LeadGuard as it actually behaves today, not as an aspirational roadmap.
  • We do not submit real forms, create test enquiries, place calls, send emails or complete bookings on behalf of the sites we monitor.
  • We do not store the names, phone numbers, email addresses or message contents entered into your website forms.
  • Where we cannot verify something, we say so on the page rather than fill the gap with generic marketing claims.

Company details, contact addresses, privacy commitments, subprocessors and security disclosure are maintained in the Legal Centre. Editorial standards for this Resources library are described in the Editorial Policy.
