Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed by UpWeb Pty Ltd (ABN 85 613 036 918, ACN 613 036 918), trading as LeadGuard by UpWeb. On card statements the merchant name appears as “UpWeb Pty Limited”.

Current monthly prices (USD):

• Free: USD 0 per month.
• Starter: USD 29 per month.
• Growth: USD 79 per month.
• Agency: USD 199 per month.

Current annual prices (USD):

• Starter: USD 290 per year.
• Growth: USD 790 per year.
• Agency: USD 1,990 per year.

All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for their selected monthly or annual billing interval until cancelled.

You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid access until that period ends. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date unless the product explicitly states otherwise.

Stripe retries failed subscription payments and sends failed-payment notices to the card holder. Where an amount remains unpaid or a subscription remains past due, LeadGuard may restrict or suspend paid features until the account is brought current. We do not remove access immediately after the first failed payment.

Cancellations do not automatically create a prorated refund for the unused part of a current billing period. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a billing period has begun. Refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis by contacting team@upweb.com. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All prices are displayed in USD. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude applicable taxes. For Australian customers, Australian GST is included in the displayed price and absorbed by UpWeb, so the displayed customer price remains unchanged.

You can update payment methods, download invoices and cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from the LeadGuard dashboard.

We may change prices, features or plan limits. Where a change affects your current subscription materially, we will notify you before it takes effect.

Nothing in this document limits or excludes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
