Sources of truth

Product claims in the Resources library are written against the current LeadGuard implementation and product documentation, including the Pathway Monitoring specification, the check families, the pathway types supported, and the plan and alert policy. When implementation changes materially, the affected pages are updated and their materially updated date is bumped.

External claims, such as competitor capabilities, are written against current official product documentation from the vendor. Every comparison page carries a last verified date and a visible list of sources reviewed. Where current information cannot be verified, the comparison page is kept as a draft and excluded from public navigation and the sitemap.

Authorship and review

Pages carry an organisational byline: LeadGuard Product Team. LeadGuard does not attribute Resources content to fabricated named authors. Software-assisted drafting is used, but every published page is reviewed by a member of the product team before publication and again when implementation changes.

Date discipline

The published date reflects when a page was first published. The materially updated date is bumped only when the body of the page changes in a way a reader would notice: a correction, a new section, a reworked recommendation, or an update to reflect changed product behaviour. Dates are never bumped merely to appear fresh.

Claims we deliberately avoid

• Absolute promises about search rankings, traffic or lead volumes.
• Any claim that LeadGuard captures every possible pathway or every possible outcome.
• Any claim that LeadGuard replaces general analytics, uptime monitoring or CRM systems.
• Any claim that submitted form-field contents are stored, because they are not.
• Any claim of certifications, awards, client counts or years of operation that has not been independently verified.

Corrections

Errors can be reported through the Support channel listed in the Legal Centre. When a correction is made, the affected page is updated and its materially updated date is bumped. Significant corrections are noted in the page body.
