Privacy Requests

If you have a LeadGuard account, the fastest way to make a request is through the in-app Support workspace. If you do not have an account, or would prefer email, send your request to team@upweb.com.

Subject to your local law, you may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
• Provide a copy of that information.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete information, subject to legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention and dispute retention requirements.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave.

We may ask for information to reasonably verify your identity before acting on a request. We only ask for what is needed for verification.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may need additional time and will let you know.

If your request concerns visitor data collected through the LeadGuard site tag on a specific customer's website, the customer is the controller for that data. In most cases, the fastest first contact is the website operator. LeadGuard will assist the customer with responding.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local privacy regulator. In Australia this is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). In the European Union or United Kingdom, you may contact your national supervisory authority.
