LeadGuard features

LeadGuard has two product pillars. Pathway Monitoring protects the specific website paths a business depends on. Conversion Insights shows how real visitors move through those paths. Together they answer a single operational question: are the pathways that create enquiries still working, and are they still converting?

LeadGuard is not a general analytics platform, a CRM, a lead database or an uptime monitor. It is a focused tool for enquiry-driven websites where the difference between a working and a broken form is the difference between a paying customer and silence.

The two pillars

Pathway Monitoring

Pathway Monitoring discovers the forms, CTAs, booking links, phone and email links, and checkout actions that lead to an enquiry. It then continuously checks each protected pathway across six families of technical health, including source-page load, tracking presence, pathway visibility, destination reachability and outcome-source health.

Conversion Insights

Conversion Insights records real visitor activity around protected pathways: pathway views, pathway interactions, form starts and progress, submit attempts and confirmed conversions. It uses that evidence to separate ordinary traffic from pathway activity, so a quiet week can be diagnosed as either a traffic problem or a pathway problem.

Four focused feature pages

  • Pathway Monitoring: the check families, safety rules and pathway types supported.
  • Conversion Insights: the events LeadGuard records, and what it deliberately does not capture.
  • Form Monitoring: how availability, visibility and destination health combine, and how they differ from page uptime.
  • Conversion Verification: how confirmation pages and inline success messages become trusted outcome sources.

What LeadGuard is not

  • It does not submit real forms, place calls, send emails or complete bookings.
  • It does not capture the names, phone numbers, email addresses or message contents entered into your website forms.
  • It does not judge lead quality, fulfil enquiries or attribute revenue.
  • It does not replace ordinary website maintenance, analytics or uptime monitoring.
