UptimeRobot is a widely used monitoring service. According to the official UptimeRobot product pages, it checks websites, ports, SSL certificates, keywords, cron jobs and other endpoints on a schedule and alerts when they stop responding as expected. LeadGuard is a different category of tool: it checks whether the paths a visitor uses to become an enquiry are still present, still visible and still verifiable, and raises alerts on the pathway rather than on the endpoint.

UptimeRobot is an availability monitor. Its purpose is to notice when a website, server, port, keyword check or scheduled job stops behaving as expected, and to send an alert quickly. Will UptimeRobot notice a broken contact form?
Usually not. If the page still returns HTTP 200 with the expected keyword, UptimeRobot has no reason to fire. LeadGuard checks the pathway itself and can distinguish a broken pathway from a healthy page.
Do LeadGuard and UptimeRobot alert on the same event?
During a genuine outage both tools react, but they alert on different things. UptimeRobot alerts on endpoint failure. LeadGuard's pathway alerts are held until the site returns and do not multiply pathway-level noise.
Is LeadGuard a keyword monitor?
